Bob Sinclair
General Manager for 12 years and counting, Bob holds an engineering degree from the University of Iowa and a MBA from the University of Dayton. Bob and his wife, Susan, live outside Williamsburg with their four children: Emma, George, Clara, and Eleanor. When not working or spending time with his family, you can find Bob playing rugby, running and reading.

Jason Becker

Our Corporate Controller is Jason Becker.  He has 9 years of experience as a CPA and resides in Williamsburg with his wife, Amy, and two young children; daughter, Channing, and son, Griffin.  When Jason is away from work he enjoys golf, outdoor activities, Hawkeye sports and spending time with his family.

Dan Fitzgerald

Dan is our Assistant Controller and is located at the Sigourney store.  He holds a BS in Management from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose University H.L. McLaughlin School of Business.  Dan previously worked as a Wholesale Underwritter at John Deere Financial and as a Dealer Development Manager/International Credit for Kent Nutrition Group.  He and wife, Brianne, reside in Oskaloosa with their two sons; Declan and Killian.  For relaxation, Dan enjoys deer and pheasant hunting, golfing, home remodeling and just spending time with his family and friends. 

Trent Steinhart

Trent is our Corporate Sales Coordinator and holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Education from Iowa State University.  Previously working as an Ag Teacher at North Polk High School, Trent comes to STI with a farming background.  He and wife, Tessa, reside near Sigourney where Trent enjoys skiing, wood working and relaxing with his family.

Cathy Masterson
For 11 years, Cathy has been STI Office Manager and has attended two John Deere Accounting Schools, Machine Inventory Management School and a Time and Goals Management Class. Cathy lives in What Cheer and enjoys dancing, walking, reading, camping and spending time with her daughter, Kyndra, when she's home from college.

Staci Jasper
Staci wears multiple hats at STI as our Sales Coordinator, Receptionist and the office support staff for our Technology Department.  Staci brings five years of banking and 10 years of retail sales experience to STI. She and her husband, David, live in rural Hedrick with their two boys, Caleb and Joshua. In her spare time, Staci enjoys flower gardening, cooking, baking and doing crafts.

Darian Graff
Darian, our webmaster, newsletter designer, party planner and advertising person, holds a broadcasting degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Prior to accepting a part-time position at STI, she was a stay-at-home mother, but has previous experience in the accounting and newspaper fields.  Darian and her husband, Jeff, have three children:  Lainey, Justin and Jessica.  Darian also has a son, Clint.  She enjoys stamping, camping, NASCAR and being with her family & friends.

Sarena Ryals

Sarena is an Office Assistant/Receptionist at STI. She has 12 years of experience in office operations from places like B & L Welding in Keswick and Steinke Farms in Gibson. She was also the manager at Ultimate Illusion Hair Salon in Oskaloosa.  Sarena resides in What Cheer with her husband, Ray, and son, Levi, age 14. In her spare time she enjoys photos, art and anything outside on a sunny day. When asked if there was anything else she wanted to say, she commented that she is "Just following in my father's footsteps." Sarena is the daughter of the late Kevin Shaull who you'll remember as the Sales Manager at STI before he lost his courageous battle with cancer in 2005.

Ruth Manchester

Ruth is a part-time Receptionist with STI.  She resides in Sigourney with her husband, Phillip, and two daughters, Amanda & Alyssa.  When Ruth is not at STI, you might find her at the Keokuk County Highway Department where she holds down several positions including:  workman's comp coordinator, bridge inspector, and administrative assistant.  She also has a part-time position at the Sigourney Pizza Ranch.  When Ruth is not at one of her 3 jobs, you'll find her at one of her daughters' sporting events or at one of her many volunteer positions with the City, Sigourney Pride, her church, the American Cancer Society or the  Sigourney Community School Board.  In her free time, she enjoys walking, camping and aerobics.

Holly Albert

Holly works part-time at STI when she is not attending classes.  She is the daughter of STI Salesman Jeff (& Mary) Albert.  Holly attends Buenva Vista University and is working toward a degree in Human Services.  In her spare time, Holly enjoys scrapbooking, golfing and hanging out with family & friends.
